Contractor Safety Policy

Anti-Human Trafficking & Safety Policy.

Last updated May 19, 2026. This policy applies to contractor applications, entertainer onboarding, profile submissions, gallery uploads, contractor portal activity, booking communications, content review, and related Billy Rock Entertainment systems.

Billy Rock Entertainment is committed to lawful, professional, and safe entertainment booking operations. We do not tolerate human trafficking, sex trafficking, labor trafficking, coercion, exploitation, physical abuse, forced labor, underage participation, or misuse of our websites, booking tools, contractor portal, communications, services, or events for illegal activity.

Billy Rock Entertainment provides strictly non-sexual entertainment booking services. Any solicitation, arrangement, request, implication, or suggestion of sexual services is prohibited.

1. Purpose of this policy

This policy explains the safety standards Billy Rock Entertainment applies to protect its contractor onboarding process, profile/content submission process, booking tools, customers, entertainers, applicants, contractors, and users from conduct involving trafficking, coercion, exploitation, abuse, underage participation, or related unlawful activity.

The policy applies to applicants, entertainers, independent contractors, profile owners, content submitters, customers, visitors, and anyone using or interacting with Billy Rock Entertainment websites, booking pages, contractor pages, communications, events, or services.

2. Zero-tolerance standards

Billy Rock Entertainment prohibits use of its websites, booking systems, contractor portal, application pages, communications, events, or platform features to engage in, encourage, arrange, advertise, request, or support:

  • Human trafficking, sex trafficking, labor trafficking, forced labor, coercion, exploitation, or physical abuse.
  • Sexual services, prostitution-related solicitation, commercial sex arrangements, or unlawful sexual conduct.
  • Any participation, event, profile, application, image, video, or communication involving a minor.
  • Threats, force, fraud, intimidation, blackmail, restraint, debt bondage, pressure, or other control over another person.
  • Misleading recruitment, false promises, or pressure placed on an applicant, entertainer, contractor, customer, or third party.
  • Content or communication that suggests exploitation, non-consensual activity, physical abuse, illegal conduct, or underage participation.
  • Attempts to use Billy Rock Entertainment to locate, contact, solicit, pressure, exploit, control, or harm another person.

3. Adult-only participation

Billy Rock Entertainment websites, booking tools, contractor portals, application pages, profile pages, content submission tools, and entertainment services are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. Applicants, entertainers, and contractors must certify that they are adults before submitting an application, using contractor tools, submitting content, or participating in services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that every guest present during the entertainment portion of an event is at least 18 years old. Billy Rock Entertainment and its entertainers may refuse, suspend, or terminate services when age requirements are not satisfied or cannot be reasonably confirmed.

4. Contractor and entertainer safety standards

Contractor participation must be voluntary. No person may submit an application, profile, photo, video, identification record, gallery upload, stage name, biography, or other content on behalf of another person without proper authority and consent.

Billy Rock Entertainment may review, reject, remove, suspend, preserve, or investigate any application, profile update, content submission, booking request, account activity, customer communication, contractor communication, or portal use that appears to involve coercion, exploitation, trafficking-related concerns, illegal activity, underage participation, non-consensual content, unsafe conduct, or a violation of this policy.

5. Website, booking, and content protections

Billy Rock Entertainment maintains operational controls intended to protect websites, users, customers, entertainers, and contractors from misuse. These controls may include:

  • Reviewing applications, profile information, photos, videos, IDs, and submitted materials before public display.
  • Requiring applicants and contractors to confirm adult age, voluntary participation, and content authorization.
  • Rejecting or removing content that appears unlawful, misleading, exploitative, non-consensual, unsafe, unauthorized, or inconsistent with Billy Rock Entertainment standards.
  • Blocking, suspending, or terminating account access for users who violate safety policies or misuse contractor tools.
  • Canceling, refusing, or escalating booking requests that involve prohibited conduct or safety concerns.
  • Preserving relevant records when needed to review, investigate, respond to, or document compliance and safety concerns.
  • Cooperating with appropriate authorities when Billy Rock Entertainment believes reporting is necessary, appropriate, or legally required.

6. Reporting concerns

Anyone who believes a Billy Rock Entertainment website, booking tool, contractor portal, application, profile, content submission, communication, event, or service is being misused to promote or facilitate trafficking, coercion, exploitation, abuse, underage participation, non-consensual activity, or illegal conduct should contact Billy Rock Entertainment immediately.

7. Review and response

Billy Rock Entertainment reviews safety reports and compliance concerns in good faith. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, suspend a profile, limit account access, cancel or refuse a booking, preserve records, contact involved parties, request additional verification, or escalate the matter to appropriate authorities.

If content, conduct, a booking request, a contractor profile, an application, or a communication may involve illegal activity, exploitation, non-consensual conduct, trafficking, underage participation, or physical abuse, Billy Rock Entertainment may remove the content or take other immediate action.

8. No retaliation

Billy Rock Entertainment does not permit retaliation against any person who makes a good-faith safety report, raises a concern, refuses prohibited conduct, or cooperates with a review, verification request, or investigation.

9. Relationship to other policies

This contractor policy works together with the Contractor Terms, Privacy Policy, Consent & Content Policy, the main website Terms & Conditions, the main website Anti-Human Trafficking & Safety Policy, booking terms, onboarding terms, and any applicable written agreements.

10. Updates to this policy

Billy Rock Entertainment may update this Anti-Human Trafficking & Safety Policy as contractor tools, booking systems, content workflows, legal requirements, and safety practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
