Contractor Terms
Contractor portal terms and conditions.
Last updated April 15, 2026. These terms apply to the Billy Rock Entertainment contractor portal, SMS consent form, contractor account tools, schedule notices, document workflows, profile review, and operational communications.
Please read these terms carefully. By accessing the contractor portal, submitting a consent form, requesting profile changes, or using contractor account tools, you agree to follow these terms and any additional written instructions provided by Billy Rock Entertainment.
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to contractors, applicants, service providers, assistants, vendors, and authorized representatives who use the contractor portal or provide contractor contact information to Billy Rock Entertainment. The portal is not intended for customer booking requests, public sales inquiries, or general website visitors.
2. Portal purpose
The portal is used for contractor account administration. It may support account access, SMS consent records, assignment or reservation requests, scheduling notices, document reminders, profile review, gallery or identification records, training or testing items, support communication, and internal syncing with Billy Rock Entertainment systems.
3. Account access and security
- Each account is intended for the individual contractor or authorized representative assigned to it.
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, email account, phone, and devices.
- You may not share access, impersonate another person, or access information that is not intended for you.
- You must notify Billy Rock Entertainment promptly if you believe your account, email, phone, or device has been compromised.
4. Independent contractor status
Portal access does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or guarantee of assignments. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, insurance, availability, professional conduct, transportation, equipment, and compliance with applicable laws unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
5. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current, complete, and authorized information. This may include your name, email, phone number, role or service type, availability, profile text, media, identification records, document status, tax or onboarding information, and other contractor account details. You are responsible for correcting inaccurate information and for making sure submitted information belongs to you or is authorized for your use.
6. Profile changes and administrator approval
Contractor profile edits, availability updates, gallery changes, identification updates, public display preferences, and document changes may be treated as requests until reviewed by a Billy Rock Entertainment administrator. A requested change may be approved, denied, edited for formatting, held for verification, or rejected if it is incomplete, inconsistent, unauthorized, inaccurate, or not appropriate for use in company systems.
7. Assignments, reservations, and schedule notices
The portal may display assignment requests, reservation information, schedule reminders, timing updates, status changes, and related support notes. Portal notices are provided for operational convenience and may change as scheduling needs change. An assignment request is not guaranteed work unless Billy Rock Entertainment confirms it through the required process. You are responsible for reviewing notices promptly and asking for clarification when any detail is unclear.
8. Documents, IDs, and required tasks
The portal may show document status, onboarding steps, signature requests, training items, testing items, or other required tasks. Missing, expired, incomplete, or rejected documents may limit access to assignments, profile display, account features, or other contractor services until resolved.
9. Communication consent
If you provide your mobile number and opt in where required, Billy Rock Entertainment may contact you about contractor account activity, assignment requests, schedule updates, document reminders, profile review, training or testing items, and support. SMS message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to SMS messages to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Opting out of SMS may limit how quickly contractor notices can be delivered.
10. Confidentiality and restricted information
Contractor, customer, reservation, schedule, pricing, internal process, document, and account information shown in the portal may be confidential. You may use that information only for authorized contractor purposes. You may not copy, publish, sell, forward, post, scrape, or disclose portal information except as required to complete authorized work or as approved by Billy Rock Entertainment.
11. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, approval workflows, access controls, or security tools.
- Do not interfere with the portal, connected booking systems, WordPress systems, messaging providers, or other users.
- Do not upload malware, automated scripts, spam, mass requests, or content designed to disrupt service.
- Do not use portal data to harass, threaten, defame, or target another person.
12. Third-party services
The portal may connect with third-party services such as hosting providers, authentication providers, messaging providers, document workflow tools, booking systems, analytics, security tools, and public website systems. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Billy Rock Entertainment is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control, but uses service providers to support contractor operations.
13. Monitoring, records, and electronic activity
Billy Rock Entertainment may maintain records of consent submissions, login activity, profile change requests, administrator decisions, message delivery, timestamps, IP addresses, browser details, and system events. Electronic records, checkboxes, logs, and submitted forms may be used to verify consent, account activity, compliance, support history, and dispute resolution.
14. Suspension, removal, and corrections
Billy Rock Entertainment may limit, suspend, remove, or modify portal access, contractor records, profile display, communication permissions, or assignment eligibility when information is inaccurate, unauthorized access is suspected, documents are missing, a security concern exists, operational needs require it, or portal use conflicts with these terms.
15. No warranty
The contractor portal is provided for operational support. Billy Rock Entertainment does not guarantee that the portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, available at all times, compatible with every device, or free from delays caused by internet, carrier, hosting, or third-party service issues.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Billy Rock Entertainment will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from portal use, delayed notices, unavailable service, lost data, unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect credentials, or third-party service disruptions.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Billy Rock Entertainment harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the portal, violation of these terms, unauthorized submissions, infringement of another person's rights, or unlawful use of contractor account information.
18. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as contractor portal features, legal requirements, carrier rules, messaging requirements, and business operations change. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to contractor portal access or contractor communications should first be raised with Billy Rock Entertainment support so the issue can be reviewed.
