1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to any person who submits, provides, authorizes, or asks Billy Rock Entertainment to review or display content. This includes applicants, entertainers, independent contractors, talent, profile owners, content providers, and any person whose profile information, image, likeness, or submitted material may be displayed.

Contractor onboarding and profile/content submissions may occur through Billy Rock Entertainment application pages, contractor portal pages, profile review workflows, gallery upload tools, administrator review, email, text message, or related support channels.

2. Express consent to display profile and content

When you submit profile information, photos, videos, images, biography text, stage names, descriptions, service categories, application information, or other materials, you agree that approved profile/content may be shown to users, visitors, customers, and prospective customers on Billy Rock Entertainment websites and booking-related pages.

Display may include the main Billy Rock Entertainment website, contractor-facing tools, booking pages, profile pages, category pages, location pages, quote/request pages, promotional pages, and other online properties used to promote or facilitate lawful entertainment bookings.

Plain-language consent summary: if you submit profile/content to Billy Rock Entertainment, you are agreeing that approved profile information, photos, biography, stage name, service categories, and submitted materials may be displayed to website visitors, users, customers, and prospective customers for entertainment booking and promotional purposes.

3. Content you may submit

Content may include, but is not limited to:

• Name, stage name, contact details, application information, profile details, and onboarding information.
• Profile photos, promotional photos, images, videos, gallery uploads, and related visual materials.
• Biography text, descriptions, service categories, experience details, location details, travel range, and availability information.
• Materials submitted for review, onboarding, profile creation, booking support, promotional use, or contractor account administration.

4. Your certifications when submitting content

By submitting content to Billy Rock Entertainment, you certify and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Your participation and submission are voluntary and not the result of force, fraud, coercion, threats, exploitation, pressure, or trafficking.
• The information and content you submit are accurate, current, and not misleading.
• You own the content or have the legal right, permission, and authority to submit it to Billy Rock Entertainment.
• You consent to being depicted in submitted content.
• You consent to approved public display and distribution on Billy Rock Entertainment websites and related booking pages.
• Every person depicted in submitted content is at least 18 years old.
• Every person depicted in submitted content has consented to being depicted and to having the content submitted for approved display where applicable.
• The content does not include minors, non-consensual activity, exploitation, trafficking, physical abuse, illegal conduct, or solicitation of sexual services.
• The content does not violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual, or legal rights.

5. Limited content license

By submitting content, you grant Billy Rock Entertainment a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, store, crop, resize, format, reproduce, publish, display, transmit, and use approved profile/content for lawful business purposes related to entertainment bookings, profile display, customer inquiries, website listings, contractor administration, and promotional use.

This license allows approved profile/content to be shown to users, visitors, customers, and prospective customers on Billy Rock Entertainment websites and booking-related pages. Billy Rock Entertainment does not guarantee that submitted content will be approved, published, displayed, ranked, featured, or kept online.

6. Review and approval before display

Billy Rock Entertainment may review submitted profile/content before it is displayed publicly. We may approve, reject, edit, crop, resize, format, remove, hide, suspend, or decline to publish content at our discretion.

Billy Rock Entertainment may reject or remove content that appears inaccurate, unauthorized, unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, exploitative, non-consensual, misleading, or inconsistent with company policies, services, brand standards, or legal obligations.

7. Prohibited content

You may not submit content that:

• Depicts or involves any person under 18 years of age.
• Was created, submitted, or distributed without proper consent.
• Involves force, fraud, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, physical abuse, non-consensual activity, or unlawful conduct.
• Promotes or suggests prostitution, solicitation of sexual services, illegal sexual conduct, or any unlawful activity.
• Misrepresents your identity, age, qualifications, consent, ownership rights, authorization, or authority to submit the content.
• Violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
• Contains illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, unsafe, or exploitative material.
• Otherwise violates Billy Rock Entertainment terms, safety policies, privacy policies, contractor terms, booking terms, or applicable law.

8. Removal, updates, and consent concerns

If you want to update or remove your profile/content, or if you believe content has been submitted without proper consent, contact Billy Rock Entertainment immediately at support@billyrockentertainment.com or (866) 696-9157.

Billy Rock Entertainment may remove, hide, or suspend content while reviewing a concern. If proper consent cannot reasonably be confirmed, or if content appears to involve illegal activity, underage participation, non-consensual conduct, exploitation, trafficking, or a safety concern, Billy Rock Entertainment may remove the content immediately.

9. Recordkeeping and verification

Billy Rock Entertainment may maintain records related to applications, content submissions, profile approvals, consent confirmations, checkbox language, timestamps, IP addresses, browser details, identity or age verification materials, policy acknowledgments, administrator decisions, and related communications where appropriate for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, legal, dispute-resolution, or business purposes.

Billy Rock Entertainment may request additional information to verify identity, age, ownership rights, consent, authorization, or content accuracy before approving, displaying, maintaining, restoring, or removing submitted content.

10. Relationship to other policies

This Consent & Content Policy works together with the Contractor Terms, Privacy Policy, Anti-Human Trafficking & Safety Policy, the main website Terms & Conditions, the main website Consent & Content Policy, booking terms, contractor onboarding terms, and any applicable written agreements.
