Last updated April 15, 2026. Billy Rock Entertainment respects contractor privacy and uses contractor information to operate accounts, scheduling, document workflows, profile review, communication preferences, and support.
This policy explains what contractor information we collect, how we use it, when we disclose it, how SMS consent records are handled, and what choices are available to contractors using the contractor portal.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to contractor portal users, contractor applicants, service providers, vendors, assistants, and authorized representatives who submit information through the contractor portal, SMS consent form, sign-in page, support process, or connected Billy Rock Entertainment systems. It does not replace separate customer-facing policies or any written agreement that applies to a specific contractor relationship.

- Identity and contact information, such as name, email address, mobile phone number, role, and company or service affiliation.
- Account information, such as login email, authentication provider identifiers, account status, communication preferences, and last login time.
- Contractor profile information, such as public display preferences, biography or profile text, gallery records, service details, availability, and administrative notes.
- Document and onboarding information, such as document status, signature status, identification record references, training tasks, and required action items.
- Assignment and reservation information, such as requests, confirmations, dates, timing, status, reminders, and support notes.
- Consent information, such as checkbox selections, submitted consent language, timestamps, IP address, browser details, and user agent.
3. Information collected automatically
When you use the contractor portal, we may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time of access, session activity, security events, error logs, cookies or similar identifiers, and general interaction details. This information helps operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the portal.
4. Sources of information
Contractor information may come from you, Billy Rock Entertainment administrators, connected booking systems, document workflow tools, authentication providers, messaging providers, support records, public website systems, and operational records created while providing contractor account services.
5. How we use contractor information
- To create, verify, secure, and support contractor accounts.
- To send assignment requests, schedule updates, account notices, document reminders, verification codes, and support responses.
- To review contractor profile changes before syncing approved updates to internal systems or public website systems.
- To manage onboarding, required documents, task lists, training or testing items, and profile display eligibility.
- To maintain consent records, audit activity, investigate errors, detect unauthorized access, and protect systems.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.
6. SMS and mobile information
SMS opt-in information is used to send contractor account and operational messages from Billy Rock Entertainment. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Service providers may process mobile information only as needed to deliver, secure, log, support, or troubleshoot messages for Billy Rock Entertainment.
7. How information may be disclosed
We may disclose contractor information to the following categories of recipients:
- Authorized Billy Rock Entertainment administrators and staff who need access for business operations.
- Hosting, database, security, analytics, authentication, messaging, and support service providers.
- Booking, document workflow, and website systems used to manage contractor accounts and approved profile updates.

8. Public profile and display preferences
Some contractor profile details may be eligible for public display only after review and approval. A public display preference or "display me live" setting may be used to request whether approved profile information should appear on public-facing Billy Rock Entertainment properties. Approval, formatting, and publication decisions remain subject to administrative review.
9. Data retention
Contractor information is kept for as long as reasonably needed for account operations, scheduling, consent proof, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, business records, and audit history. Some records may be retained after an account is closed when needed to comply with law, protect systems, resolve disputes, or document consent and administrative actions.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect contractor information. These safeguards may include access controls, environment-based secrets, authenticated requests, audit records, secure hosting practices, and review workflows. No online service, messaging channel, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Your choices and requests
- You may reply STOP to SMS messages to unsubscribe and HELP for help.
- You may request updates to contractor profile information through the portal or support process.
- You may ask support to review inaccurate contractor records or communication preferences.
- Some information may be retained when needed for security, legal, consent, compliance, or business record purposes.
12. California privacy notice
If California privacy laws apply to your information, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about certain disclosures, subject to legal exceptions. Billy Rock Entertainment does not sell contractor personal information and does not share mobile opt-in data for third-party marketing or promotional use.
13. Children
The contractor portal is intended for adults and authorized contractor representatives. It is not directed to children, and contractor accounts should not be created by anyone who is not legally permitted to enter contractor or service-provider arrangements.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as contractor portal features, legal requirements, carrier rules, messaging requirements, or business operations change. The updated policy will be posted with a new last updated date.
