SMS Terms

Contractor SMS messaging terms.

Last updated April 15, 2026. These messaging terms apply only if you choose to provide a mobile number and opt in to contractor SMS communications from Billy Rock Entertainment.

These terms describe the contractor SMS program, the types of text messages that may be sent, how to unsubscribe, how consent records are maintained, and how mobile information is handled.

1. Contractor SMS program

Billy Rock Entertainment may use SMS to communicate with contractors about account access, onboarding, assignment requests, scheduling, booking reminders, document status, profile review, required tasks, training or testing items, and support. Messages are operational and account-related. SMS messages may originate from (866) 696-9157.

2. SMS opt-in language

By checking the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Billy Rock Entertainment at the number provided about your contractor account, including scheduling, assignment requests, document reminders, profile updates, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help, or START or UNSTOP to opt back in.

3. How you opt in

You may opt in by completing the contractor SMS consent form, checking the optional SMS consent checkbox, and submitting your name, mobile number, and related consent confirmations. SMS consent is optional and separate from contractor sign-in, contractor account access, and contractor services. Billy Rock Entertainment may store the exact consent language presented at the time of submission, together with timestamp, browser, IP address, and submission metadata.

4. Message types

  • Contractor account access, verification, and support messages.
  • Assignment requests, booking reminders, schedule changes, and status updates.
  • Document reminders, signature requests, onboarding tasks, and profile review notices.
  • Training, testing, policy, or required action notices related to contractor services.
  • Responses from Billy Rock Entertainment support or administration about your contractor account.

5. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on contractor account activity, pending requests, assignments, reminders, document status, and support needs. Some contractors may receive few messages, while active contractors with pending requests or upcoming assignments may receive more frequent operational messages.

6. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. Billy Rock Entertainment is not responsible for carrier charges, delayed messages, blocked messages, unsupported devices, or message failures caused by your carrier, phone, internet connection, or third-party messaging services.

7. Opt out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. You may need to use the contractor portal or another support channel for future contractor notices. Opting out of SMS does not automatically close your contractor account or stop legally required, security-related, or administrative notices sent through other approved channels. If you later want to receive contractor SMS messages again, reply START or UNSTOP.

8. Help and support

Reply HELP to a Billy Rock Entertainment SMS message for help. If you previously opted out, reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in. You may also call (866) 696-9157 or email support@billyrockentertainment.com for account or messaging assistance.

9. SMS consent is optional

SMS consent is optional and is not required to create, access, or use a contractor account, receive assignments, or work with Billy Rock Entertainment. If you decline or withdraw SMS consent, Billy Rock Entertainment may continue to communicate through email, the contractor portal, or other approved non-SMS channels.

10. Mobile data and sharing

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers and other service providers may process mobile information only as needed to deliver, secure, log, support, or troubleshoot SMS messages for Billy Rock Entertainment.

11. Eligibility and number ownership

You must provide a phone number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use. If your mobile number changes, update it promptly. You agree not to submit another person's phone number without authorization.

12. Delivery limits

SMS delivery may depend on carrier networks, device compatibility, number status, internet access, spam filtering, service provider availability, and system performance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Billy Rock Entertainment does not guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered, received, or read by a specific time.

13. Changes to SMS terms

These terms may be updated as carrier rules, messaging provider requirements, contractor portal features, or business operations change. Continued participation in SMS communications after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Contractor SMS messaging is also governed by the Contractor Terms and Privacy Policy.
